Yes, if requested we can attend to finished painting.
No your shutters will not be affected by our renovation works. If requested, we can even get stuck and unused shutters working as originally intended.
There is a certain amount of dust and debris generated when carrying out the works. However, the guys always ensure they tidy up and even vacuum when finished.
Sound pointing isn’t normally an issue during renovation works, apart from occasionally when replacing a complete external sill and some dislodgement occurs. In this instance, we can usually reinstate any mortar/pointing disturbed. Additionally, if required we can sand mastic point to comply with conservation requirements.
However, occasionally the existing mortar pointing can be in a poor state to start with and require more extensive works. If this is the case, we would advise accordingly.
No, although we specialise in renovating period sash windows, we also carry out a wide variety of other works, including repairs to all window types, new flooring, kitchens, built in wardrobes, internal doors and can supply and fit a complete range of replacement PVCu and timber windows and doors.
